SÉRIE: O LOIRO E O RUIVO
A série O Loiro e o Ruivo tem o objetivo de apresentar um ensaio que explora a construção do desejo e da intimidade através de um jogo preciso entre luz e sombra. Utilizando a técnica do low key, objetivo conferir dramaticidade aos corpos, destacando a escultura da pele e a intensidade dos gestos.
A sequência narrativa se inicia com a distância entre os dois modelos, um espaço de expectativa e tensão que logo se dissolve no contato. O olhar e o primeiro beijo inauguram a fusão entre eles, marcando o instante em que o desejo encontra forma.
À medida que avançamos pelas imagens, acompanhamos uma transição: da descoberta física à confiança emocional. Há momentos de entrega, nos quais a vulnerabilidade se manifesta em gestos sutis — a cabeça apoiada no ombro, o corpo que repousa no colo do outro — e momentos de vigor, em que a força partilhada se transforma em escultura viva.
O ruivo e o loiro não são apenas personagens, mas arquétipos visuais da dualidade: força e suavidade, desejo e ternura, tensão e repouso. A cada quadro, o espectador é convidado a presenciar não apenas o encontro dos corpos, mas a criação de uma intimidade que se constrói diante da câmera.
No desfecho, a narrativa encontra seu equilíbrio: a luz revela dois corpos que já não se enfrentam, mas repousam na cumplicidade conquistada. O ensaio, então, ultrapassa o erotismo inicial para afirmar-se como uma meditação sobre a presença, o toque e o encontro humano.
Utilizo um colorgrading em que as sombras foram tingidas com relances de azul levemente acizentados para constrastar com os tons de pele e cabelos terrosos, criando uma atmosfera etérea e cheia de profundidade.

SERIES: THE BLONDE AND THE REDHEAD
The series The Blonde and the Redhead aims to present a photo essay that explores the construction of desire and intimacy through a precise interplay between light and shadow. Using the low key technique, the objective is to lend dramatism to the bodies, highlighting the sculpture of the skin and the intensity of the gestures.
The narrative sequence begins with the distance between the two models, a space of expectation and tension that soon dissolves into contact. The gaze and the first kiss inaugurate the fusion between them, marking the moment when desire finds form.
As we move through the images, we follow a transition: from physical discovery to emotional trust. There are moments of surrender, in which vulnerability manifests in subtle gestures - the head resting on the shoulder, the body reposing in the other’s lap - and moments of vigor, in which shared strength transforms into a living sculpture.
The redhead and the blonde are not just characters, but visual archetypes of duality: strength and softness, desire and tenderness, tension and repose. With each frame, the viewer is invited to witness not only the meeting of bodies, but the creation of an intimacy that is built before the camera.
In the climax, the narrative finds its balance: the light reveals two bodies that no longer confront each other, but rest in the complicity achieved. The essay, then, transcends the initial eroticism to establish itself as a meditation on presence, touch, and human encounter.
I use a color grading where the shadows were tinged with glimpses of slightly grayed blue to contrast with the skin tones and earthy hair, creating an ethereal atmosphere full of depth.
